From July 18–21, 2025, this four-days festival brings together emerging and established artists working at the intersection of sound, image, technology, and performance. It offers audiences an immersive experience of multimedia art, with concerts, installations, and performances that explore the relationship between nature, digital media, and contemporary aesthetics. 18 al 21 Luglio
A program of talks and seminars will complement the artistic events, fostering dialogue on art and technology in the post-generative era.

1) For Acousmatic, fixed media, Film and Audiovisual the authors participation is not mandatory, we will inlcude your piece even if you cannot attend.
2) We don’t provide performers.
3) We don’t have fundings for travel and participation expences.

Post-Luoghi: Estetiche e pratiche nella post-generative era
Simposio interdisciplinare & concerti site-specific
La cosiddetta “post-generative era” segna un punto di saturazione nei linguaggi automatizzati, negli ambienti di produzione assistita da Intelligenza artificiale, e nei modelli iterativi e probabilistici del suono. In tale contesto, emerge un bisogno crescente di reincarnare la pratica artistica e teorica: tornare alla materia, al corpo, all’instabilità dei luoghi.
Cos’è un post-luogo?
Un post-luogo non è semplicemente un luogo abbandonato o antico. È uno spazio che torna a vivere quando ci entriamo, suoniamo, ascoltiamo, dialoghiamo. È un luogo “attivato” da ciò che accade dentro e intorno a lui.
Un campo, un ex convento, una torre sul mare: non solo scenografie, ma dispositivi di ascolto.
Cosa accade durante l’evento?
Concerti site-specific con strumenti classici (pianoforte, chitarra, voce), suoni elettronici, musica popolare e videoarte, pensati per risuonare nei paesaggi stessi.
Installazioni artistiche interattive, da esplorare, ascoltare o attivare con il corpo.
Un Simposio accessibile: un ciclo di incontri in cui artisti, musicisti e ricercatori parleranno di arte, tecnologia e natura in modo semplice e diretto.
Perché “post-generativo”?
Viviamo in un tempo in cui molte cose (musica, immagini, parole) sono prodotte automaticamente da macchine. Ma a volte sentiamo il bisogno di rallentare, incontrarci, ascoltare davvero, con il corpo e con la mente.
L’arte post-generativa nasce qui: non contro la tecnologia, ma per riscoprire il valore della presenza, della relazione, del luogo.

The so-called post-generative era marks a saturation point in automated languages, AI-assisted creative environments, and probabilistic, iterative sound models. In this context, a growing need emerges: to re-embody artistic and theoretical practices — to return to matter, to the body, to the instability of places.
What is a post-place?
A post-place is not simply an abandoned or historical site. It is a space that comes alive when we enter, play, listen, and engage with it. It is “activated” by what happens within and around it. A field, a former convent, a tower by the sea: not just scenery, but listening devices.
What happens during the event?
Site-specific concerts featuring classical instruments (piano, guitar, voice), electronic sounds, folk music and video art, designed to resonate with the surrounding landscapes.
Interactive art installations to explore, listen to, and activate with the body.
An accessible symposium — a series of talks where artists, musicians, and researchers will discuss art, technology, and nature in an open and engaging way.
Why “post-generative”?
We live in an era where much of what we see and hear — music, images, text — is automatically produced by machines. Yet there is a growing desire to slow down, to meet, to truly listen with both body and mind. Post-generative art emerges from this desire — not against technology, but to rediscover the value of presence, connection, and place.

We promote a culture in which sound is conceived as living matter, a carrier of meaning, and a relational device. We believe that sonic interaction can function as a fertile ground for cross-contamination between diverse bodies of knowledge, experiences, and aesthetic frameworks, fostering novel forms of awareness, active listening, and participatory engagement.
