NOIS//E è un'associazione culturale nata per esplorare le potenzialità della ricerca sonora e dell'espressione interdisciplinare come strumenti di indagine artistica, tecnologica e sociale.
Fondata da un collettivo di ricercatori, artisti e tecnologi, NOIS//E si pone come piattaforma fluida dove convergono pratiche sperimentali che spaziano dalla musica contemporanea all'arte performativa, dall’ingegneria del suono alla neuroscienza, dall’etica dell’ascolto fino alla robotica e interazione uomo-macchina

NOIS//E is a cultural association dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of sonic research and interdisciplinary expression as instruments of artistic, technological, and social inquiry.
Founded by a collective of researchers, artists, and technologists, NOIS//E acts as a fluid platform where experimental practices converge, ranging from contemporary composition to performance art, from sound engineering to neuroscience, and from the ethics of listening to robotics and human-machine interaction.

Internal Regulations of the Association

Art. 1 – Membership Categories

PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
Those who are present, who listen, support, attend events, and engage with the beauty of shared experiences.
They are members who take part in events, follow the activities, and participate as audience or supporters.
Base membership fee – €10

CREATIVE MEMBERS
Those who actively contribute with their works, ideas, performances, sounds, images, and words.

  • Delia Members: pay the base membership fee. They have full access to the democratic life of the association, including voting rights and participation in regular artistic and cultural calls.
    Fee: €50

  • Cage Members: pay an intermediate fee. In addition to the benefits of Delia members, they gain access to exclusive content, workshops, and additional selections for public events.
    Fee: €100

  • Alva Members: pay the highest fee. They have access to all available services, including supplementary events, multiple public performances, individual sessions, and preferential channels for the production and dissemination of their work.
    Fee: €150

Art. 2 – Participation in Activities and Calls

All members, regardless of category, may participate in calls and competitions organized by the association.

  • Delia members may be selected for one public performance every 90 days. Further selections within the same period require upgrading to Cage or Alva membership.

  • Cage members may be selected up to twice every 90 days.

  • Alva members have no selection limits, subject to the association’s programming.

For extraordinary events or additional performances, the Board of Directors may decide to reserve access for Cage and Alva members or require an additional participation fee to cover organizational costs.

Art. 3 – Membership Fees and Upgrades

Membership fees for each category are set annually by the Board of Directors and published on the website and in informational materials.

Members may upgrade to a higher category at any time during the year, by paying the fee difference and notifying the secretariat.

The upgrade takes immediate effect regarding access to additional cultural services, without altering already acquired statutory rights.

Art. 4 – Amendments and Approval

These regulations are approved by the Board of Directors and may be amended upon proposal by at least one-third of its members or upon justified request by at least one-tenth of the members.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the website and communication to the members.

Regolamento Interno dell’Associazione

Art. 1 – Categorie di soci

SOCI PARTECIPI

Chi c’è, ascolta, sostiene, partecipa agli eventi, si fa coinvolgere dalla bellezza delle cose condivise.
È il socio che viene agli eventi, segue le attività, partecipa come pubblico o simpatizzante

Quota associativa base – €10

SOCI CREATORI

Chi contribuisce attivamente con le proprie opere, idee, performance, suoni, immagini, parole.
Quota associativa estesa

  • Soci Delia: versano la quota associativa base. Hanno pieno accesso alla vita democratica dell’associazione, inclusi diritto di voto e partecipazione ai concorsi artistici e culturali ordinari. Quota 50€

  • Soci Cage: versano una quota intermedia. Hanno accesso, oltre a quanto previsto per i soci Delia, a contenuti riservati, attività laboratoriali e selezioni aggiuntive per eventi pubblici. Quota 100€

  • Soci Alva: versano la quota maggiore. Hanno accesso a tutti i servizi previsti, inclusi eventi supplementari, repliche pubbliche multiple, sessioni individuali, e possono beneficiare di canali preferenziali per la produzione e diffusione delle proprie opere. Quota 150€

Art. 2 – Partecipazione ad attività e concorsi

  1. Tutti i soci, indipendentemente dalla categoria, possono partecipare ai bandi e concorsi promossi dall’associazione.

  2. I soci Delia possono essere selezionati per un’esecuzione pubblica ogni 90 giorni. Per ulteriori selezioni nello stesso arco temporale, è richiesto il passaggio alla categoria Cage o Alva.

  3. I soci Cage possono essere selezionati fino a due volte ogni 90 giorni. I soci Alva non hanno limiti di selezione, compatibilmente con la programmazione dell’associazione.

  4. In caso di programmazione di eventi straordinari o repliche, il Consiglio Direttivo può stabilire, per coprire i costi organizzativi, che l’accesso sia riservato ai soci Cage e Alva o subordinato a una quota di partecipazione aggiuntiva.

Art. 3 – Quota associativa e upgrade

  1. Le quote associative per ciascuna categoria sono definite annualmente dal Consiglio Direttivo e pubblicate sul sito e nei materiali informativi.

  2. Il passaggio da una categoria all’altra può avvenire in qualunque momento dell’anno, previa integrazione della quota e comunicazione alla segreteria.

  3. Il passaggio di categoria ha effetto immediato ai fini dell’accesso ai servizi culturali aggiuntivi, fermo restando che non modifica i diritti statutari già acquisiti.

Art. 4 – Modifiche e approvazione

  1. Il presente regolamento è approvato dal Consiglio Direttivo e può essere modificato su proposta di almeno un terzo dei suoi membri o su richiesta motivata di almeno un decimo dei soci.

  2. Le modifiche entrano in vigore previa pubblicazione sul sito e comunicazione ai soci.
